Today was my friend Bob's funeral. I'm emotionally drained but at peace too. I've said my goodbyes and morned with his family and friends. And now it's time to move on.
I am pleased to share with you that I have permission from Bob's family to cyber-publish his genealogy articles that have previously appeared in print (but with a very limited circulation). I had already planned to end my Poles in Michigan series (which appears here on Fridays) after the current article is finished. Now I know what I will replace it with :-)
So now something of Robert Postula will live on on the 'net and hopefully some of his work will prove helpful to others researching their family history. I know Bob would have liked that.
