As you can see, there's a wide variety of offerings. If you live near Lansing you are fortunate to have convenient access to the Library of Michigan. If you live in the metro Detroit area, the greater Grand Rapids area, northern Michigan or the southwest side of the state it's a bit of a drive for you to get there. However, consider the beauty that is Michigan in October. The brilliant fall colors, crisp cool air, and a reduction of at least some of those darn orange construction barrels will make for a lovely autumn drive to Lansing. Why not make plans now to attend one of these genealogy workshops? Your tax dollars are paying for them whether you attend are not ; -)
