Beginning Genealogy Workshop in Livonia, MI
The Livonia Civic Center Library and the Western Wayne County Genealogical Society will co-host a "Beginning Genealogy Workshop" on Saturday March 3rd from 9am to 1pm. Topics covered include getting started, census records, church records, and a look at the sources available at libraries, archives and family history centers. The program is free, and handout packages will be available that day for five dollars. Please call the Livonia Civic Center Library at (734) 466-2197 to register your name before Thursday March 1st.
